BAHAWALPUR: Former Punjab chief minister and PMLQ leader Chaudary Pervaiz Elahi launched a diatribe against PMLN Government
He said:all the Punjab Government schemes had failed,department has been destroyed and every thing is unsaved.
He also said:on one hand people is starving while the other the government of Khadim e Ala is busy constructing metro bus project.
Addressing a public gathering here in Bahawalpur on Saturday,former deputy PM alleged that the both Punjab and federal Government had failed.All the scheme launched by the Government including danish school,sasti road scheme,texi scheme and other scheme who wastage the Public money. He alleged adding that these scheme likes "Punjab Cm"were nowhere visible now.
Criticized:
The former CM claimed that all the department has been destroyed by one family rule.Hospitals do not have medicine and people are on the verge of starvation.But the Government is busy to construct Metro Bus Project.He also claimed that the CM Punjab wast the money of public. Pervaiz Elahi recalled that when he was Chief Minister,the government used to provide electricity to people at Rs 5 per unit but now the PMLN government has charged Rs 18 to 20 for unit of electricity.
He claimed that the CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and the Government promised to people,they would resolve the electricity crisis within 6 month,adding that it has almost been a year,But the Government failed to control the load shedding.
Kala Bagh Dam will resolve Power crisis:
Pervaiz Elahi declared the building of  Kala Bagh Dam(KBD) a perfect remedy to overcome the electricity crisis of Pakistan.
He said while addressing a public meeting:"" I will beg  before the small provinces to get their consent for the construction of Kala bagh Dam"".
He also said the Brother of Sindh will get maximum amount from KBD and suggested that the reservoir be called "Pakistan Dam" , if people dont like its present name. Elahi maintained that the construction of KBD will envisage electricity generation at the rate of Rs 3 per unit.
