Hosni Mubarak could get early release:lawyer

CAIRO:Egypt jail ex president Mubarak could be release early after serving two third of the corruption sentence and murder charges.Lawyer
An Egyptian court on Sunday dismissed the murder charges against 86 year old  Hosni Mubarak over the death of protester on 2011.
Mubarak who ruled Egypt for 3 decades until being driven from office,remain imprisoned in a military Hospital where he is being held in a separate graft case.
But his lawyer Farid al deeb told he could see early released after serving two third of a 3 year sentence.
Deeb said:Under a recent legal amendment there can be a release once 2 third of a sentence has been served.
Sisi who led the overthrow of the elected Islamist President Mohammad Morsi in July 2013 has been accused of instituting more than authoritarian than Mubarak.
Expert said the judiciary which includes many judges hostile to Morsi Muslim brotherhood has become one of the Government main instrument of quashing dissent.
Saturday ruling dropping the murder charge enraged Hosni Mubarak opponents,which about 1000 people taking a central Cairo square to denounce the government.
According to new toll provided by the health ministry:people used tear gas to disperse the protesters erupted,,leaving two people dead and 9 wounded.
Ramy Ghanem is the human rights lawyer said: Atleast 85 people arrested but all except four were released.He was unable to say why the four were still being held.
The government itself denies involvement in court rulings and in some instances has expressed at some of the more outiandish verdicts.
