GERMANY:Europe made history Wednesday by placing the first lander on a comet but landing on comet European probe fails to anchor.
The ESA said,The fridge sized labe dubbed philae touched down on comet 67P/churymov in a high risk manoeuvre more than 510 million kilometer from earth.
But instead of harpponing itself to the to the surface after the 7 hour decent from mother ship Rosetta.
So,maybe today we did not once we landed twice.
Hopefully we are sitting there on the surface at the position slightly different to the original landing and can continue our science.
