Will retire from ODI cricket after World Cup:Misbah


LAHORE:Pakistani captain Misbah ul Haq has said that he will retire from One Day international ODI cricket after captaining the national saide in the World Cup 2015.

According to news agency,Misbah ul Haq has decided to retire from ODI cricket after World Cup 2015 but will continue to Play Test cricket.


It is pertinent to mention here that Misbah has captained Pakistan in 78 ODIs so far.He debuted against New Zealand on April 27,2002.
He played 153 ODIs and scored 4669 runs at an average of 42.83 but has not ever scored a century in this format of the game.

His highest score was 96(not out) against WestIndies.

Star all rounder Shahid Afridi has already announced to retire from ODI after World Cup 2015.


World Cup 2015 will start from February 15 and will be played in Australia and New Zealand.
